Hotel Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Nepali candidate for a full-time position in Khasab, Oman. This role requires effective communication skills in Nepali and excellent customer service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants or events
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

Requirements:

• Nepali nationality preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in Nepali, basic English is a plus
• Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays if needed
