Financial Management Professional

About the Position

This role focuses on overseeing the financial management of hospitality assets, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting and supporting various business processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive financial records and statements that comply with accounting principles.
  • Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and account reconciliations for hospitality assets.
  • Coordinate general ledger functions and lead month-end/year-end closing activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Identify and report financial discrepancies and trends.
  • Nurture relationships with external partners, such as auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Deliver timely financial insights to support asset performance reporting.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in hospitality or real estate.
  • Advanced skills in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • A deep understanding of IFRS and hospitality financial regulations.
  • A meticulous approach to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
