We are looking for a highly motivated Area Development Manager to join our sales organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results and will be responsible for building and driving a results-based winning sales culture within their team.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in managing sales teams and will possess strong interpersonal communication, negotiating and influencing skills. They will also be able to plan, organize and prioritize their workload, and manage the workload of others to ensure deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and drive a results-based winning sales culture within your team.
  • Develop and execute specific sales plans developed in conjunction with the Head of Sales.
  • Monitor performance of both quotes and orders ensuring they incrementally improve the key drivers of rate, recoveries and margin.
Requirements:
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in managing sales teams.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize their workload.
