Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit warehouse professional to operate a forklift and optimize stock levels, ensuring seamless customer service.

This is a dynamic role that requires effective teamwork, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift heavy loads on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pick stocks from designated storage areas for internal replenishment as per sales requirements, maintaining efficient workflows and minimal discrepancies.
  • Manage inventory levels by directing buffers for weekend external warehouse shipments, optimizing logistics and supply chain efficiency.
  • Reduce stock loss through vigilant picking and binning procedures, minimizing waste and achieving store profit targets.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently following prescribed work methods, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Commercial Tasks:
  • Support the stocking and merchandising process for incoming truck shipments to the sales floor and remaining stocks back to buffer, ensuring optimal product display and visibility.
Customer Service Focus:
  • Ensure empty boxes are removed and areas are ready for customers before store opening, providing an excellent shopping experience.
  • Minimize internal handling damages to control damage costs and achieve store profit targets, upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
