As a seasoned design leader, you will spearhead the development of our projects from concept to completion. Your expertise in leading and managing design resources will be crucial in delivering high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.

The role involves overseeing daily operations for project design resources and managers, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication among team members. You will also be responsible for presenting management review data and KPIs to stakeholders, driving business growth through strategic planning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual business plan outcomes, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
  • Lead and manage design teams to achieve project objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
  • Spearhead business development activities, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and expand our service offerings.
  • Drive knowledge sharing and capacity building through training and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
