Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and profitability by developing and implementing strategic revenue management plans.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions. Strong communication and leadership skills are also essential, as the role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and operational teams to drive revenue growth.

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for conducting market analysis to determine optimal rates, segmentation, and sales strategies. They will also apply dynamic pricing, forecast adjustments, and rate recommendations to meet revenue targets.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Revenue Manager will prepare accurate short-term and long-term forecasts to guide leadership in decision-making. They will also monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total hotel revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management, with experience in analyzing market trends and developing effective revenue strategies. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
