Waitress Position

The Redford Recruiters team is searching for a skilled Junior Waitress to join our esteemed client's restaurant in Muscat, Oman. This exciting opportunity involves providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic dining environment.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers with a warm and welcoming smile.
• Offer menus, respond to questions, and provide personalized recommendations as needed.
• Efficiently take orders, communicate with the kitchen team, and ensure prompt preparation.
• Provide top-notch service by anticipating customer needs and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain a spotless dining area, clearing tables and removing dishes promptly.
• Replenish beverages and address additional customer requests during meals.
• Manage cash and credit transactions safely and efficiently.
• Comply with rigorous safety and sanitation protocols to safeguard a secure working environment.
• Support senior staff in maintaining optimal restaurant conditions.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or as a server is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Basic math skills for transaction handling.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
