Hotel Stewarding Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage professional to assist in organizing and directing a team that develops top-quality food & beverage products, with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.

  • Provide functional assistance and direction for the smooth running of the whole stewarding operation.
  • Supervise the duties of all stewarding department employees, facilities, operation, and costs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in Stewarding in a supervisory role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  1. Maintain health inspection records, attendance records, and files on casual employees.
  2. Take all necessary actions to reduce the loss of silverware/flatware.
  3. Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests' and employees' health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.
