Business Support Specialist

This role requires a skilled professional to provide business support and coordination services.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve internal departmental collaboration and workflow.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, records, and compliance registers.
  • Support the onboarding process and facilitate effective communication with hotel operators and external partners.
  • Organize and coordinate board meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Implement and manage corporate policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of corporate governance, licensing, and audit readiness to minimize risks and optimize performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise systems to streamline administrative processes.
  • Familiarity with hospitality operations or asset management is highly desirable.
