Compliance and Governance Specialist

We are looking for a Compliance and Governance specialist to join our team.

Job Objectives:

  • To ensure that all financial transactions and activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • To prepare and submit financial reports and statements on a timely basis.
  • To handle all accounts payable and receivable activities.
  • To manage petty cash and ensure that all expenses are properly documented.
  • To prepare and submit VAT returns in accordance with Omani regulations.
  • To coordinate audits and provide necessary information to external auditors.
  • To monitor and control inventory levels and participate in stock audits.

Administrative Support:

  • To maintain employee records, attendance, and leave schedules.
  • To handle all branch correspondence, filing, and documentation.
  • To support procurement and vendor communication activities.
  • To ensure administrative compliance with company policies.
  • To manage utility payments and local government paperwork.
