Spa Experience Specialist

The Spa Experience Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional spa experiences to our guests. Located in Muscat, Oman, our luxurious resort offers a range of stunning facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Treatment Delivery:
    • Perform massage, body, and facial treatments according to established protocols and guest preferences, focusing on relaxation and rejuvenation techniques.
    • Customize services based on individual guest needs and expectations, ensuring a tailored experience for each guest.
    • Maintain a calm and therapeutic atmosphere in treatment rooms at all times, promoting a sense of well-being and tranquility.
  • Guest Experience & Communication:
    • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
    • Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand guest preferences and medical history, ensuring a safe and effective treatment plan.
    • Recommend suitable treatments, home care products, and wellness advice based on guest needs, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
    • Follow up with guests after treatments to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty, fostering a long-term relationship with our guests.
  • Spa Cleanliness & Setup:
    • Prepare treatment rooms with necessary products, linens, and equipment, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for each guest.
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all spa areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Sanitize tools and equipment according to spa health and safety standards, prioritizing guest safety and well-being.
  • Product Knowledge & Promotion:
    • Stay updated on all spa services, products, and promotions, staying informed about new trends and developments in the industry.
    • Upsell treatments and retail products to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue, leveraging product knowledge to increase sales.
    • Participate in product and treatment training sessions as required, expanding knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional results.
  • Coordination & Reporting:
    • Communicate effectively with the spa receptionist and other team members for seamless operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
    • Report guest feedback, maintenance issues, or supply needs to the Spa Manager, maintaining open communication channels and resolving issues promptly.
    • Assist in inventory control by tracking product usage and informing the Spa Manager of low stock levels, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing downtime.
  • Standards & Policies:
    • Adhere to company grooming, behavior, and confidentiality standards, maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
    • Follow all health, safety, and wellness regulations within the spa, prioritizing guest safety and well-being above all else.
