Job Title: User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented and technically-minded User Experience (UX) Designer to join our Developer Experience team.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in designing and building tools that enable developers to build, package and maintain their own software.

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape the future of developer experience
  • Support the development of complex products through design and UX heuristics
  • Contribute to the evolution and promotion of design systems that drive consistency and efficiency
  • Understand the broader scope of the work and its numerous interconnected constraints

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for developer-focused tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement UX strategies

• Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions

• Develop and maintain design documentation and guidelines

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX design

• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
