Investment Associate Role

We are seeking a skilled Investment Associate to support our clients in the fundraising lifecycle, including pitch deck creation and investor materials. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong finance foundation and experience in financial modeling.

  • Fundraising Support: Assist clients in creating comprehensive pitch decks, financial summaries, and investor materials to secure funding.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and manage complex financial models, including 3-statement forecasting, valuation models, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Capital Structuring: Collaborate with investors, banks, and founders to align financing strategies and structure capital effectively.
  • Investment Due Diligence: Conduct thorough investment due diligence and contribute to investment memos and strategic assessments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance (mandatory)
  • CFA Level 1 cleared or currently in progress
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in investment advisory, financial consulting, or FP&A
  • Proficient in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of capital raising, startup funding, and investment terminology
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders
