Project Opportunity

About the Project

The project involves implementing a PMO for a mixed-use development in a suburb of greater Muscat. The development will comprise mainly residential and retail areas along with large public realms.

Responsibilities
  • Manage PMO, project controls and change management delivery across complex commissions to drive strategic outcomes.
  • Design and embed frameworks aligned with client expectations.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and excellence.
  • Advise on cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting to meet project objectives.
  • Facilitate governance, reporting and assurance to enable informed decision making.
  • Monitor change and drive delivery performance.
  • Mentor high-performing teams and foster technical growth.
  • Support recruitment and resource planning to meet evolving commission needs.
  • Contribute to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing and reducing emissions throughout project delivery.
Requirements
  • Relevant middle east experience.
  • Degree qualification.
  • Relevant professional membership.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of various PMO, project controls and change management services within the construction sector or management consultancy.
