HSE Trainer

Key Responsibilities

As an HSE Trainer, you will play a critical role in enhancing health, safety, and environmental practices within the oil and gas industry.

Training Development:

- Design and develop comprehensive training programs that address industry-specific hazards and risks.

- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and hands-on activities.

Delivery and Evaluation:

- Deliver high-quality training sessions to diverse groups, including employees, contractors, and third-party partners.

- Conduct regular evaluations to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training materials.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners.

Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment or a related field, with a Nebosh Diploma in HSE.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a HSE Advisor in the oil and gas industry, with at least 3 years of experience as a trainer.

Language: Fluency in English is required.
