Guest Service Champion: As an F&B Host, you'll be instrumental in crafting unforgettable experiences for our discerning guests. Your attention to detail, adaptability, and passion for delivering exceptional service will set us apart from the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
• Present menus and take orders with precision
• Answer phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate knowledge of menu items, wine lists, and daily activities
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in a full-service outlet or luxury hotel setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required
• Valid health/food handler card (if applicable)
