Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Otolaryngology Consultant to join our medical team. As an Otolaryngologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various ear, nose, and throat disorders.

Responsibilities

1. Treating conditions of the ears, upper pharynx, and oral cavity, larynx, nose, face, and neck
2. Treating nosebleeds, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, infected mastoids, and sinusitis
3. Assisting patients with a limited or altered sense of smell
4. Treating patients with tumors in the head or neck or patients with a defect in the ear, nose, or throat
5. Collaborating with other medical practitioners

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in medicine
2. Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree
3. Must have completed an otolaryngology residency
4. Valid and active medical license in the state you wish to practice
5. Membership/Fellowship or its equivalent such as Arab Board/Indian Board to practice as an otolaryngology
6. 5 to 10 years of experience
7. Valid MoH License as a Specialist or Consultant (for Candidates within Oman)
8. For candidates applying from outside of Oman - should be eligible to have a medical license as per the Oman MoH or must have passed Oman Prometric
9. Hold a valid medical license from home country
