The role involves key responsibilities such as:

• Receiving guests in a professional and friendly manner, exceeding expectations from arrival through to departure.
• Maintaining effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Staying up-to-date with hotel and local services information.
• Awareness of guest profiles through the Opera guest profile system.
• Ensuring timely luggage transportation between arrival and departure points.
• Handling messages, mail, and packages for guests and employees with professionalism.
• Delivering morning newspapers to rooms.
• Providing prompt message delivery and other essentials without delay.
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and tidiness of the concierge desk and storeroom.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

An ideal candidate would have a diploma in hospitality or vocational training in the concierge section within a hotel. Good English communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities are essential.
