About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for handling all aspects of guest services, including reservations, check-ins, and any issues that may arise during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Booking and Check-in/Check-out Procedures: Ensure smooth and efficient processing of guest arrivals and departures, including room assignments and key card distribution.
  2. Problem Solving: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide excellent service and ensure seamless service delivery.
  4. Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservation details, and payment data.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years hotel operations experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
