The Market Insights Specialist plays a pivotal role in our organization, providing critical market research and analysis to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research on companies and organizations in the target sectors to identify potential candidates.
- Maintain and manage candidate relationships throughout the assignment process, including briefings, travel, and interview arrangements.
- Generate valuable insights and manage information by leveraging internal and external resources, analyzing data, and synthesizing findings.
- Highlight trends and opportunities for business development, supporting the creation of targeted marketing presentations.
- Provide expert industry knowledge and monitor core client activity to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in utilizing online databases and search engines. A university graduate with at least two years of relevant experience is essential, with a postgraduate degree being advantageous. Prior experience in a corporate environment or market research/consultancy is beneficial, coupled with a strong understanding of local markets.
