About the Role:

We are searching for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing strong relationships, and driving growth through digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, approach, and onboard new clients across Oman, focusing on SMEs and digitally-driven businesses.
  • Achieve a minimum of 2–3 new client acquisitions per month, with growth targets increasing over time.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic insight, regular updates, and performance-driven recommendations.
  • Lead client onboarding and discovery processes, aligning their business goals with our services for optimal results.
  • Collaborate closely with our delivery team to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
  • Develop customized marketing proposals, performance analysis reports, and strategic growth plans for key accounts.
  • Implement and manage client relationship tools (CRM systems) to enhance engagement, retention, and communication.
  • Represent us at industry events, expos, and high-level client meetings to elevate brand presence and business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in digital marketing or advertising).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking systems.
  • Strong network within the Omani business landscape is an asset.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
