
Marketing and Client Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:
We are searching for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing strong relationships, and driving growth through digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, approach, and onboard new clients across Oman, focusing on SMEs and digitally-driven businesses.
- Achieve a minimum of 2–3 new client acquisitions per month, with growth targets increasing over time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic insight, regular updates, and performance-driven recommendations.
- Lead client onboarding and discovery processes, aligning their business goals with our services for optimal results.
- Collaborate closely with our delivery team to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
- Develop customized marketing proposals, performance analysis reports, and strategic growth plans for key accounts.
- Implement and manage client relationship tools (CRM systems) to enhance engagement, retention, and communication.
- Represent us at industry events, expos, and high-level client meetings to elevate brand presence and business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in digital marketing or advertising).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking systems.
- Strong network within the Omani business landscape is an asset.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
