Reporting to the Project Director, this position is responsible for efficiently managing and executing assigned projects within approved parameters such as cost, timelines, functionality, and quality in line with our strategies and plans.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing luxury residential buildings in a large masterplan community from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action that considers a fixed timeline and evaluates risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, objectives, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Conduct risk assessments and create contingency plans to mitigate potential challenges.
  • Regularly communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Monitor project financials and make recommendations to adjust resources and timelines as needed.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
  • 14+ years of experience in project management of luxury residential mid to high-rise buildings in a large masterplan community.
  • Must have previous experience working with reputable developers and familiar with local codes and standards.
  • Result-oriented, ensuring operational excellence in areas of responsibility and delivering best results.
  • Takes active ownership of problems and provides timely and result-focused solutions.
  • Outcome-driven with strong communication skills.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE or Oman.
