Business Attorney

Our organization seeks an experienced professional to fill the role of Corporate Lawyer.

This individual will be responsible for providing expert advice on corporate matters, drafting, reviewing and negotiating various corporate documents and representing the company in corporate dealings.

The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of corporate law, as well as exceptional analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Advise clients on corporate matters
• Draft, review and negotiate legal agreements, corporate records and other financial documents
• Develop strategies that safeguard the company's interests in business dealings
• Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations and policies
• Represent the company in corporate meetings, negotiations and compliance matters

• Master's degree in law from an accredited institution
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate law
• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent negotiation, arbitration and communication skills
• Fluency in English is required
• Excellent people management skills
