A prestigious organization is seeking a highly skilled Consultant - Neurologist to join their team in Muscat, Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose complex medical problems by analyzing patients' histories, conducting neurological tests and examining them.
  • Counsel patients on neurological disorders and provide guidance on related background information.
  • Prescribe and administer treatment and medication as necessary.
  • Monitor behavioral and cognitive side effects of treatment and medication.
  • Order supportive care services for patients as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments, treatments and medications in the field of neurology.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Medicine (DM) or Post Graduate in Neurology with over 10 years of experience.
  • Valid Medical License issued by the Ministry of Health (MoH) for candidates within the Sultanate of Oman. Candidates from outside the Sultanate must be eligible to obtain a MoH license.
  • Current licensure in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in the field of neurology.
