This role requires a skilled and experienced MIG welder who can read and interpret blueprints, select the right tools and materials, and prepare work surfaces and metals for production.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, completed secondary school (academic/general), diploma (mechanical), or graduation, and be an Indian national and male.

Responsibilities
  1. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
  2. Select the appropriate tools, materials, and gas ratios for different tasks.
  3. Prepare work surfaces and metals for production by cleaning and treating them.
  4. Measure, cut, and drill materials accurately to meet project requirements.
  5. Test weld strength after each weld to ensure quality.
  6. Maintain welding tools in good condition and clean working areas.
  7. Assist in inventory management and shop cleanliness.
  8. Follow all relevant safety procedures and protocols.
Required Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Formal MIG welding training or apprenticeship experience necessary.
  • Familiarity with commonly used MIG welding tools, techniques, and materials.
  • Commitment to following safety guidelines.
  • Solid physical stamina and strength.
