Marsa LNG Plant Scheduler Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced scheduler to join our team in the Execution phase of the Marsa LNG Plant project.

This role involves supervising, controlling, and coordinating activities related to Work Packages scheduling and planning and progress measurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Development and Progress Measurement: Develop and maintain schedules at Project level, analyzing critical path and potential clashes, and proposing remedial actions/solutions.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Ensure the availability of updated and accurate scheduling and progress measurement documentation, and prepare reports for issuance at project level.
  • Confidentiality and HSSE: Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the course of the Project and demonstrate exemplary behavior with regard to Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) rules & requirements.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Report to the Project Control Lead and collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • An engineering degree or master's degree equivalent required by Omani Immigration.
  • Perfect knowledge of PRIMAVERA software.
  • Proficiency in English language.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in project scheduling and control.
  • 5-10 years of experience as a project scheduler or planner.
  • Expertise in PRIMAVERA software.
  • Fluency in English language.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with Oman's labor laws and regulations.
