Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, repair and overhaul complex equipment systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Test equipment after repair or assembly to guarantee proper functioning and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provide expert technical support to clients and foster strong relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in a relevant field (preferably automotive or mechanical engineering).
  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in the same industry.
  • Familiarity with local region and expertise in engineering machinery/heavy equipment preferred.
  • Skills in cold calling, lead generation, customer relations, marketing strategies and key account management highly valued.
  • English language proficiency required; Arabic language skills an added advantage.
  • Oman driving license essential.
