Job Summary

As a seasoned Food and Beverage Service Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by leading from the front. Your role will involve coordinating service operations, ensuring staff allocation, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills on the floor to ensure attentive, courteous, and professional interactions with all guests.
  • Service Operations Coordination: Support the Supervisor in planning and executing service operations to meet hotel standards.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Monitor cleanliness and organization in the dining area at all times to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
  • Guest Feedback: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or complaints, escalating when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B outlet, preferably with leadership roles.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with additional languages being an asset.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong guest service mindset with attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and basic service protocols.
