As a seasoned General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team of Italian coffee shops and Indian food court restaurants.

You will have a deep understanding of restaurant management, customer service excellence, operational efficiency, and business growth strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring a consistent brand experience.
  • Addressing customer feedback and implementing measures for continuous improvement.
  • Working on marketing strategies to promote the brand and attract more customers.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing restaurant managers and staff.
  • Motivating and developing teams to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and negotiating favorable contracts.
  • Ensuring a consistent and high-quality supply of ingredients and materials.
  • Working on menu development and sourcing new products.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

7+ years of experience in restaurant or food business management.

Strong understanding of both Italian coffee culture and Indian cuisine operations.

Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control expertise.

Ability to enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Capable of handling operational challenges efficiently.

Experience with restaurant management software and CRM systems.
