We are seeking a highly experienced Asset Management Lead to join our team and develop and execute investment strategies that drive long-term value for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-asset investment strategies with a focus on GCC-listed equities, managing portfolios across asset classes including equities, fixed income, ETFs, REITs, private equity, and infrastructure funds.
  • Lead a team of analysts to conduct fundamental research and financial valuation, generating alpha and exceeding risk-adjusted return targets.
  • Engage with clients to provide detailed performance reporting, attribution analysis, and investment outlook.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in investment management, portfolio strategy, and multi-asset management, particularly with a focus on GCC-listed equities.
  • CFA Charterholder with a strong academic background in Finance.
  • Proven ability to generate alpha and grow AUM, with exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to ethics and transparency.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients, brokers, and team members.
