Job Title: Security Advisory Services Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Advisory Services Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and conducting detailed security assessments and design reviews for all new implementations, upgrades, and major changes in technology projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements, as well as experience with cloud and network security, telecom infrastructure knowledge, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct design reviews, integration recommendations, and ensure that all projects (IT & Telecom) comply with our cybersecurity requirements.
  • Identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions to protect our technological infrastructure.
  • Ensure that IT and telecommunication technologies are implemented securely, aligning with industry best practices and international standards.
  • Track and report on the performance of security measures.
  • Perform regular risk assessments, implement controls to mitigate risks, and maintain our organization's risk appetite.
  • Assist in developing and executing security strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance our security posture.
  • Lead the integration of advanced security measures across platforms and projects.
  • Provide expert guidance on cloud security transformations to improve security and operational efficiency.
  • Guide vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance with international standards.
  • Support security in project lifecycle phases, including business case reviews, RFP creation, and tender evaluations.
  • Mentor junior staff and promote knowledge sharing within the department.
  • Contribute to strategic security decisions and initiatives, shaping security policies and procedures.
  • Advise on emerging security trends and technologies to management.
