Job Overview:
The Senior Electrical Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, including PLCs, drives, and other associated systems. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial systems.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, including PLCs, drives, and other associated systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation related to electrical systems and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial automation
- Proficient in PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
