About the Role:

  • Develop and execute thermal power projects, including coal-fired and gas-fired power plants, to meet the energy needs of communities and industries.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and financial modeling to identify potential project sites and determine project viability.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including developers, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in thermal power development, with a strong understanding of power sector regulations and financial structuring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct complex financial modeling and risk assessments.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
