
Sales Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team. As the face of our dealership, you will be responsible for showcasing our wide range of vehicles and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales processes in a professional manner that reflects our brand image.
- Actively prospect, follow up on sales leads, acquire new customers, and develop long-term relationships.
- Qualify customers, build trust, and provide in-depth needs analysis.
- Explain vehicle performance, product details, features, and benefits.
- Develop strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase revenue.
- Maintain CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
- Offer test drives, facilitate smooth contract completion, and introduce finance and insurance products.
- Facilitate handovers, complete relevant paperwork, and ensure customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2+ years' experience in sales roles within the automotive industry.
- High School Diploma or above, with sales certifications or recognized motor industry qualifications preferred.
We are looking for individuals with:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management, GAC products, and technologies.
- Ability to communicate at all levels and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivation, discipline, and a willingness to learn.
