Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Continental Chef/Cook to work with us. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of continental dishes, including planning menus, ordering ingredients, and supervising kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. 1. Prepare and cook a range of continental dishes to the highest standard.
  1. 2. Plan and implement menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and dietary requirements.
  1. 3. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  1. 4. Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  1. 5. Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements:
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 2-10 years of experience in a similar role within the GCC region.
