About this Role:

You will lead interior design management of a high-profile resort renovation, focusing on luxury, functionality, and cultural context. Your goal is to ensure every design detail meets 5-star hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design stages, including concept, schematic, detailed design, and FF&E coordination.
  • Work with clients, operators, and consultants to define and implement design strategies.
  • Ensure design deliverables meet quality, cost, and time objectives.
  • Supervise in-house teams and external design consultants.
  • Guide technical reviews, design workshops, and value engineering sessions.
  • Maintain site execution to ensure design integrity.
  • Serve as primary liaison between design and construction teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Design or Luxury Interiors (preferred).
  • At least 15 years of experience in high-end hospitality interior design.
  • 5+ years in managerial or project leadership role within GCC.
  • Luxury hotel or resort renovation experience essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Understanding of GCC hospitality design trends and cultural aesthetics.
