Job Description

We require a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex construction projects for oil storage terminals, tank farms, water treatment systems, and pressure vessel fabrication & erection. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both brownfield and greenfield projects, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring all aspects of the project are properly managed.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in EPC construction projects within the oil & gas, petrochemical, or water treatment sectors.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
