Dish Cleaning and Sanitation Technician
">This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dishwashing area. The successful candidate will be responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, organizing storage areas, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
">Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using an industrial dishwasher.
Organize and stack clean dishes in designated storage areas.
Empty and clean trash bins regularly.
Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
Requirements:
">A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Previous experience as a dishwasher in a similar environment is beneficial but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
Physical fitness to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
