Job Description:

  1. Deliver training programs to staff on lifting operations, including crane operation, rigging, and heavy equipment handling.
  2. Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure trainees meet the required standards.
  3. Collaborate with the training team to develop new training programs and materials.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in training and assessment, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Training and Assessment (PTTLS or equivalent).
