The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing and supervising the team, and contributing to exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities :

  1. Supervise food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality meals are produced and displayed items meet quantity and quality standards.
  2. Manage all restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintenance checks, shift management, and coordination with the purchasing department.
  3. Monitor team performance, set targets, ensure work is completed to productivity, quality, and timeliness standards, and reward the team accordingly.
  4. Execute various customer service activities, including handling complaints, addressing complex queries, and resolving customer problems.
  5. Conduct regular assessments of displayed items to ensure they meet specified quantity and quality standards, taking necessary actions as needed.
  6. Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) policies and procedures to identify and mitigate risks, safeguarding the environment and well-being of oneself and others.
  7. Optimize daily F&B costs and record invoices in accordance with company policy.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Four to six years of experience in F&B Operations or a similar role.
  • One year of experience in a managerial role.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
