Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Manager to lead the interior design management of a high-profile resort renovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering luxury, functionality, and cultural context throughout the project.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills, as well as experience with luxury hotel or resort renovations. A bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is essential, along with at least 15 years of experience in high-end hospitality interior design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all design stages, including concept, schematic, detailed design, and FF&E coordination.
  • Work closely with the client, operator, and consultants to define and implement design strategies.
  • Ensure design deliverables meet quality, cost, and time objectives.
  • Supervise the in-house team and external design consultants.
  • Guide technical reviews, design workshops, and value engineering sessions.
  • Monitor site execution to ensure design integrity is maintained.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the design team and the construction team.
