About the Role

We are seeking a skilled DB Claims Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of claims processing, excellent communication skills, and a medical education degree.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the claims processing workflow, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of claims.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce errors or delays in claim processing.

• Prepare reports and analyze data related to the team's performance and claim trends.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues or disputes that arise during the claims process.

Requirements

• Due to regulatory requirements, only Omani nationals will be considered for this role.

• Medical education degree is required (Physician or Dental).

• Very good communication skills.

• Excellent command of English language.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Claims processing, Employee benefits/ Healthcare and / Group Life.
