**About the Role**

We are seeking an Expeditor Leader to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional results in expediting purchase orders. As a key member of our projects team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of desk and field expediting, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project schedules.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Establish priorities, assign workloads, and manage expediting team performance
  • Review and manage complex expediting tasks
  • Detailed understanding of supplier delivery obligations
  • Review and interpret supplier production plans/schedules
  • Creation of daily expediting reports
  • Expediting of purchase orders with high priority focus
  • Updating materials management system with expediting status
  • Continually set expediting follow-up dates
  • Liaise with field expediting suppliers
  • Negotiate improved delivery/recovery plans
