Retail Store Visual Merchandiser

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and attract customers.

The ideal candidate must have experience in visual merchandising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and current market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Malayalam is preferred but not required

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing effective visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and attract customers
• Creating attractive displays that showcase products in an appealing manner
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment
• Conducting market research to stay updated on current trends and customer preferences
• Collaborating with sales teams to ensure proper product placement on shelves
• Training new employees on visual merchandising techniques
• Participating in product launches, promotions, and other events as needed
• Analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement
