Key Responsibilities:

  3. Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  4. Sustainability: Develop and implement sustainable practices throughout the kitchen, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and supply chain management.
Requirements:
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior chef or executive chef in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting.
  3. Skills: Excellent knife skills, knowledge of broiler equipment, meat and fish cookery, and farm-to-table concepts.
  4. Certifications: Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state authorities.
  5. Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
