
Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of fostering long-term partnerships with clients and driving revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and online research.
- Become an expert in the Omani market and understand its unique dynamics and trends.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services, as well as industry developments and competitor activity.
- Work closely with the operations manager to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies that drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in client relationship management roles or similar positions.
- Proven track record of fostering long-term partnerships with clients and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in digital media advertising and event planning, with the ability to create engaging content and execute successful campaigns.
- Knowledge of Omani business environment and regulations, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
