Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Assist project launching teams in implementing Project System/Project Management Systems by preparing project plans as per defined structures.
  • Budget Preparation: Support project launching teams in preparing initial budgets in Project Systems/Project Management Systems.
  • Forecasting: Prepare forecasting-related reports as per the Planning and Execution manual.
  • Cost Control: Share cost and progress reports with project planning teams to highlight increases in cost and budget overruns.
  • Feedback and Analysis: Provide feedback, analysis, and comments on progress reports.
  • Regular Review: Regularly review project-wise cost and progress to identify gaps and budget overruns, areas of improvement, and critical factors affecting cost and progress.
  • Audit Execution: Execute scheduled audits as per guidelines provided by Manager Planning & Cost Control.
  • Audit Reporting: Prepare audit reports as per procedure, review audit findings, and discuss audit reports with Manager Planning & Cost Control.
