Job Description

Community Associate

This is a role that involves working closely with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively and adapt to changing situations.

The role requires a high level of customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers have everything they need to conduct their business successfully.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Work closely with the community manager to plan and execute events
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all customers
  • Ensure that all customers are aware of available services and amenities
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Must be an Oman citizen
