An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled professional to lead an advertising agency in Oman-Muscat. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a profitable, commercially driven agency with expertise in lead generation, collateral development, brand building, and online advertising.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead pitches to prospective clients and grow top line revenue by developing strategic proposals that showcase the agency's services.
  2. Manage client relationships from initial contact to ongoing support, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  3. Scan for marketing opportunities and participate in tenders to attract high-value agency projects, leveraging skills in creative development, copywriting, and production management.
  4. Oversee day-to-day operations, supervise team output, and troubleshoot problems and issues, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to achieve profitability targets, coordinating overall budget processes and annual budget plans.
  6. Grow company exposure through image building, corporate communications, and brand projection, targeting both corporate and government sectors.
  7. Train and develop team members to adapt to the latest advertising trends, improving proposal quality and evaluating employee performance.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 4 years of experience managing a profitable agency with expertise in advertising and marketing, including lead generation, collateral development, brand building, and online advertising.
  2. Proven ability to manage teams to meet aggressive deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
  3. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  5. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
