Financial Analysis and Reporting Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst.

This role involves preparing financial statements, analyzing data, and providing insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure, and deliver high-quality results on tight deadlines.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Analyze financial information and prepare accurate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Coordinate with management and staff to prepare budgets and forecasts.
  4. Evaluate financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
  6. Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries in a timely manner.
  7. Perform daily reconciliations of cash, check, and credit card transactions.
  8. Tally and file invoices accurately and efficiently.
  9. Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.
  10. Assist in financial and tax audits, and general ledger preparation.
  11. Prepare income tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
  12. Develop monthly financial statements that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
